Microsoft Exchange 2007 - Unable to send Emails to mail contacts in GAL
Try NK2Edit instead of removing the autocomplete cache and delete those cached email addresses from Outlook and then try to send to those email accounts.

When using a different computer the email goes fine, it is something on the local machine and outlook cache that it is picking up the whole information in my opinion (i may be wrong)
